CatalogXpress provides a single point of entry to a vast array of manufacturer catalogs and essential information about products and components. CatalogXpress encompasses over 300,000 catalogs representing over 16,000 different manufacturers and suppliers. You can access all that information from a single source, without spending the time to research each individual supplier separately.
The information available through CatalogXpress is comprehensive, accurate and updated daily. It includes everything you need to know to make critical design and purchasing decisions, such as:
- Part manufacturer(s)
- References to technical information
- General Services Administration (GSA) contract availability
- Locations of supplier/distributor sales offices
In addition to a comprehensive collection of catalogs from manufacturers, CatalogXpress gives you access to:
- Harris List Information - the complete Harris InfoSource database of approximately 400,000 US manufacturers.
- Federal Supply Catalog information for all National Stock Number (NSN) catalog references, including technical characteristics, pricing and suppliers, as well as government requisition and stocking practices.
- Part number reference information for more than 100 million parts.

With all this information available in one source, search and retrieval become critical. Searching CatalogXpress is fast and flexible. The robust, full-text search engine delivers precise results quickly, while providing you with a multitude of search options for both the catalog collection and the manufacturer-specific information.
Catalog Searching
When searching the catalog collection, you have full-text searching power for the complete CatalogXpress collection and Harris InfoSource database, as well as Federal Supply Schedules and related publications.
You have the flexibility to search on part number, manufacturer, keyword or any combination of the three. You can also perform a search using model numbers, Mil Specs, industry standards and specifications, NATO numbers, diagram numbers, NSNs or NIINs (National Item Identification Numbers). You can even use partial information.
To ensure the most relevant results, you can filter any catalog search by industry. To locate GSA information, you can search on Special Item Numbers, Federal Supply Codes, GSA contract numbers, schedule numbers, or titles of related publications. You can more narrowly focus your results by performing a GSA only search.
Custom Catalog Service
CatalogXpress provides your organization with fast, reliable, online access to a comprehensive set of product and component information. This single source of information can also include your specific supplier catalogs and related information.
