On April 23, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) issued an invitation to tender for companies interested in helping it produce a risk communication guidance document.

The document is intended to provide guidance for competent authorities in European Union (EU) member states and other stakeholders on communicating to the public information on the risks and safe use of chemical substances.
